They won't flat out tell you that you'll be selling insurance and cold calling, but that's what they want you for. They sell it as "an opportunity to make as much money as you want".
They hardly gave any real information until the interview, where you finally find out you're a employee with no benefits. If they would just say it upfront and not sugarcoat it, they'd probably get applicants who were actually looking for that sort of job. If you don't like cold calling or nowadays, trying to sell insurance to random people over zoom , don't bother.
